DCMA Copyright Policy

Longevity Radiant (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action, which may include removal of or disabling access to infringing material and/or termination of user accounts, where applicable.


1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our website located at www.longevityradiant.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent (contact details below) containing the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL);
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA Agent including the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.


4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.


5. Important Note

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in legal liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be sure your claim is valid and accurate.
